Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your skincare experience. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products within 10 days of delivery.
  • To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at:
    dsm.ecom.us@gmail.com before sending back the product.
  • Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
  • Processing of returns may take 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a prompt replacement at no additional cost.
