Order Cancellation Policy
We aim to process and ship orders quickly, but we understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary. Please review the guidelines below based on the type of purchase:
One-Time Purchases
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After 24 hours or once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for more options.
Subscription Orders
New subscriptions may be canceled within 24 hours of ordering if the item hasn’t been processed or shipped.
Ongoing subscriptions can be canceled or paused anytime from your account dashboard.
To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Subscription orders already in process cannot be canceled.
Personalized or Custom Orders
These items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed, as production begins immediately.
Please ensure all personalization details are accurate before confirming your order.
